Did you already use the „Ortssuche“ of Archion to find church registers for Renningen which cover that time period?

If not please try it, it‘s simple to use.

There are no church registers for Renningen for the time between 1618 and 1653.
If the priest was able to keep church records at all, they were probably destroyed or stolen during the 30 years' war (1618-1648).
