Birth of Louis Pankratz Trautner and Parents identities

Hi all i am stuck.
I have an ancestors :'(whose name was Louis Pankratz Trautner, born in Bayreuth Germany around 1824, but I have no record of his birth, which I believe was in Bayreuth. I have information about his life in England and I understand he was a courier. I believe from his wedding certificate his father was a farmer called George Trautner. Do you have any surviving records for these people? There is a possibility that they may be Swiss/German. I would love to trace my family back to Europe.

I'm sorry to be that English guy, but do you know what it says and does it mention his parents' names?

Also any idea why he would have added Louis to his name?

His parents are Georg Adam Trautner, farmer in Dürschnitz, and Margaretha nee Freyberger from Dürschnitz.
Pankratz is his parents' 8th child.

Can anyone help with my ancestors Georg Adam Trautner, farmer in Dürschnitz, and Margaretha nee Freyberger from Dürschnitz?

Pankratz is his parents' eighth child. Looking for any information on the parents and siblings

Best Regards

You need to buy a Pass —- how to do that is available in Help etc. —-

and after that you have direct access to all available church registers here at Archion which are relevant for your research.

Available records are not(!) indexed, say you need to browse image by image.

When you switch the site language from German to English (see upper right corner), you may it find a lot easier to use Archion.

Good luck and success.
