No it says he is living in Ludwigshafen, that is near Mannheim on the opposite side of river Rhine. He is born in Oppenheim.

His father Andreas was priest in Monsheim , Rhine Hesse, and seems to have died before the marriage of his son.

The father or Maria Magdalena, Georg Zelt, lived in Schwetzingen as a "Waisenrichter". That was a judge, who took care of heritage affairs for minor childs (if one or both parents had died).
