help with this record

Hello, all--
This is the marriage record of Georg Pickel and Anna Krëussel, from Altdorf b. Nürnberg in 1805. I can read and translate almost all of it, except the father Johann Pickel's occupation, a word beginning "Schutz__" , I think. I would be grateful to anyone who could help me read it and understand it.
