Georg Schlund, jungerg?? is this his occupation? son of Friederich Schlund, Schmied (blacksmith) and ??? from Lonnerstadt...to maiden Anna Margaretha..father Georg Aniberger?? Backin or Bueckin..a brauer (brewer) and Buerger (citizen) of Altdorf?? - if altdorf that's 200km away!...??? daughter

I'm also not able to read everything here, sorry. o_O
But "junger Gesell" means that the groom was a bachelor, Junggeselle. The bride's father was a baker in my eyes.
Concerning the bride's hometown: there is a community named Altendorf ca. 12 kilometers south-west of Bamberg, meaning around 20 km north-east from Lonnerstadt. Although people have been astonishingly mobile even in the 17th century, I would first try to find the bride's family there and not in Altdorf south-east of Nuremberg (around 60 km from Lonnerstadt).
The Altdorf you had in mind might be the one near Landshut? This is in fact around 200 km from Lonnerstadt.
