Twiste - Bad Arolsen Kirchenbuch

I find 4 Kirchenbuches for the above locality 1747-1801; 1752-1824; 1787-1832; 1826-1892. The timeframes sometimes overlap. Are these four separate churches? Do they have names? And is it known exactly where they are/were located? I am confused if they are in Twiste or town of Bad Arolsen. I would appreciate any information on the above as I am not sure what to put in my database as the locality of the church of the church name. I have read about the two communities on Wiki but it it is not defining where or what church names I have been reading data from.
Thanks for all your help. Mary Stewart

Mary,

I trust you already noticed that the Bad Arolsen church registers you referred to are

- Lutheran church registers
- Reformed church registers
- Church register for the Royal and the city parish

right?

(see initial pages of each register)

Kind regards
Vera
