ancestor search Sonneborn

Guten Tag! I am in US so I apologize for using English. I am searching for my 2x great grandmother and her parents. Her name is
Wilhelmina Jakob Johanna Elizabeth Sonneborn born 6 March 1871, arrival in US November 1891. She and her sister Mary travelled together but Mary wanted to return home. They came to visit a relative who owned a tavern in Baltimore, MD. Elizabeth stayed. I have a photo of the sisters from Heinr. Uhlenbruch Essen-Ruhr and a photo of Mary from Baltimore, Maryland and several of Elizabeth during her life in US. Met William Rühl in Baltimore, Maryland and they married 18 November 1894 and they had 4 sons, 3 who survived to adulthood. She died 17 May 1943 and her death certificate lists her father Herbert Sonneborn and unknown Mother both from Germany.

Found a record in Ancestry about her.

Seems she was born in Essen, in the protestant Altstadt parish. Unfortunately, the registers for 1871 are not yet available online (still in the parish office). You can find older ones on Familysearch, as well as the civil registration records, starting 1874.

However, if you want to believe this genealogist, her name was "Elisabeth Johanna Jacobine Wilhelmine Sonneborn" and she was born on March 6th, 1871. Here parents were Heinrich Sonneborn and Wilhelmina Arning.

Heinrich Sonneborn was born on December 12th, 1842 in Bad Berleburg and christened on December 26th. He was protestant. Parents were the blacksmith Philipp Sonneborn and his wife Wilhelmine, a born Julius. According to Ancestry he died after 1902.

Wilhelmina Arning was born on September 19th, 1849 in Hattingen and christened on October 3rd. She was catholic. Her parents were Franz Anton Arning and Wilhelmina Trapmann. She died before 1902.

Heinrich and Wilhelmina married on August 9th, 1868 in Essen (Altstadt parish).

Heinrich's parents married on July 7th, 1835 in Bad Berleburg.

Wihelmina's parents married on November 19th, 1848 in Hattingen.

Of course you should verify all of that, as soon as you have access to the Essen parish registers.

In your family tree you say the father of W.J.J.E. Sonneborn was Herbert Sonneborn. - Population Schedule 1940 Maryland, Baltimore:
Herbert H. Ruehl, Head, 42, born in Maryland
William Ruehl, his father, 70, born in Maryland
Wife of William, Elizabeth, 69, born in Germany
Aunt of Herbert H. Ruehl, Anna Ruhel, 74, born in Maryland.
Got Herbert H. Ruehl his first name to remember Herbert Sonneborn ?
Was the confession of all protestantic, catholic or mosaisch ?
Do you know the ship's name what W.J.J.E. Sonneborn and her sister
used in 1891 ? In 1926 there was a Herbert Sonneborn, 16 yrs,
from Frankfurt/Main (Hessen) who went to N.Y. ( could he be a relative? ) - VG.
