I am looking into my paternal side of the family. I do not know if Christoffer Hampe was Lutheran or Catholic. He was born September 18, 1805 in Lippe-Detmold. Not sure if his first name was Christoffer or not or if it is second name. He emigrated to Bornholm Denmark. I hope this is a good place to start. All help is appreciated. Thank You.
