Juppenlatz - marriages

Guten Abend,

I have found two marriage records out of which I mainly need to understand the information about the wives.

In the first one, 15 Nov 1640... http://www.archion.de/p/5cd876f5cc/ ... as for Wolffgang, I have already managed to find birth and death records.
As for Magdalena, is her father's name Joseph? What about the last name? I can see the initial "S" and some other letters but cannot put it together. Is she from Rommelshausen or elsewhere?

If I calculated it right, according to her death record, she should have been born in Sept 1619, but I cannot find her in Rommelshausen http://www.archion.de/p/f63ce6055c/

Second marriage record (Wolffgang's parents) 1611, 10th Sunday after Trinity Sunday (date?)... http://www.archion.de/p/6fe836eaca/
Is there a "Jung" after Hannß name? No reference to who is father was, right?
As for Margaretha, is her father's name Wolff Schneider?
I don't understand the abbreviations.

I read:
...Magdalena Joseph Seurlins Selig: in Haynbach ?? Kimgau (Chiemgau ?) gebürtig ehliche Tochter.

There is a Hainbach in Bavaria, belonging to Aschau im Chiemgau. Parish registers seem not to be available yet (should be Dekanat Rosenheim).

Have to correct myself: it is Haynbach, Esslingen. And the age at her death is 78 years and 6 months, so born in September 1617.

Schneiders S(elig) Ehliche: Aber Michael Peitzess Stieftochter. beide alhir

Hanns Juppenlatz, Jerg (= Georg) Juppenlatz's legitimate son and Margeretha, Wolff
Schneider's (deceased) legitimate, but Michael Peitzes' stepdaughter.
