the question is not if you find death records for your(!!) immediate ancestors at Ancestry.
I simply wanted to provide an impression / a sample(!) to you about the structure and content of a typical civil death record of any Berlin Civil Registration Office to you.
I did so because you wrote that you do not have an idea about how such records look like - which is totally OK.

Other than that you need to use the already provided forms and addresses / contact data in order to get copies of the relevant records for your(!!) immediate family.
