Other than that the information doesn't really help, since Archion records cannot be searched by names, as you already know.
"natural born subject of the emperor of Germany" is way to unspecific. - Sorry.

Archion provides access to Evangelical / Lutheran church registers, after a paid subscription was bought.

As you certainly will have already learned from his 1866 marriage record in Bristol (which is also available at Ancestry) his fathers name is Carl / Karl Lobeck, profession: farmer - German: Bauer, Landwirt

And when you i.e. search Ancestry for: Carl Lobeck - Germany - year of birth 1800 >>>> you'll get a great number of results -spread all over Germany- which require further examination.

Why don't you start there?
