Together with the Regional Main Archive Koblenz, the Regional Archive Speyer forms the Regional Archive Administration Rhineland-Palatinate.

Church Books and Online Access

The church books, a source in high demand by genealogists, make up part of the inventory of the Regional Archive and can be researched via Archion.

Church Book Index

The Regional Archive Speyer offers a special service for genealogists and history fans: a church book index for Palatinate and Rhenish Hesse that is available online. This index is continuously being expanded and shall gradually be developed into a comprehensive complete index of all Palatine church books.
