1) Like you said, in 1794, she was around 27. Her birth year would be around 1767. I did find this baptism in Dennin the other day:

Thank you for the transcription and explanation! I find all of these different jobs titles very interesting.Häuschenmann = Häusler > a small farmer, who had a small cottage. If any at all they owned only very little of farmland.
