User Account

Please Note:

Depending on which device you use ARCHION with, the website will be presented in a slightly different way.

  • If you work with a laptop or PC, you see the desktop version.
  • If your PC screen is set to a higher zoom level, or you use a tablet or smartphone, you see the mobile version.

You can use all functions offered by ARCHION with both versions, but the arrangement of the individual elements may vary from device to device. In case you don’t find a function or button immediately, scroll a little up or down.
The menu bar is displayed in a reduced size in the mobile version. "Discover Archion" and the forum can be found on the right below the three dashes. "Sign in" can be found on the right above the person icon.

Click on “Sign in” in the top right corner in the window that is opening you see “Don't know your password?” in the bottom left corner. Click on the link. Next, enter your username or the email address used for signing in with ARCHION. Click on “Reset Password”.

An email containing a link to reset your password has been sent to the email address associated with your account. Open the email and click the password recovery link. You will be redirected to a page where you can set a new password. Enter the new password and follow the requirements:

  • at least 8 characters
  • small and capital letters
  • numbers and special characters

Repeat the password in the field below and then click on “Change your password”. You have now successfully changed your password. Now you can sign in as usual with the new password.

If you are not yet logged in, sign in with your username and your previous password in the top right corner under “Sign in”. You will then be in your personal account. You can get there at any time after logging in at the top via “Profile”.
Click on “User information” in the overview of your account on the left. Your personal data will appear. You find the box with your email address and your password on the right. Click on “Edit” next to your password. Enter your new password now

Repeat the password in the field below and then click on “Save profile”. Your password was successfully changed. When logging in the next time, you will have to sign in with your new password.

Go to sign in form

If you are not yet signed in, sign in with your username or email address and your password in the top right corner under “Sign in”.
You will then be in your personal account. After logging in you can reach it at any time at the top via “Profile”.
Click on “User inforamtion” in the overview of your account on the left. Your personal data will appear. Here you can modify all your data by clicking on “Edit”.
 

Go to sign in form

You can also sign in at ARCHION with your email address. Go to “Sign in” at the top and enter your email and password used during registration. Upon successful signing in you are in the overview of your personal account. Click on “User information” on the left. Here you see you username below your proper name.

You can also sign in at ARCHION with your username. Go to “Sign in” at the top and enter your username and password chosen during registration. Upon successful signing in you are in the overview of your personal account. Click on “User information” on the left. On the right, you see the email address used during registration.

To log out, click on "Profile" at the top and then "Log out" at the bottom of the small window that opens.

Please note:

If you delete your personal customer account, all contents and data you have saved with ARCHION will be lost and cannot be restored.
 

 

If you are not yet signed in, sign in at the top via “Sign in”. Go to the overview of your personal account at the top via “Profile”. Click on “User information” on the left. At the very bottom of the page, please click on the button “Delete my personal account”.
